I hope you like cake decorating like I do.
Over three years ago I got in touch with the fondant cakes for the first time. Since that first encounter, I spent hours and hours learning about decorating techniques, tasted recipes, learned so much every day. Took master pastry exams, and learned much from famous cake decorators.
I am dedicated to learning and improving with each cake that I make, in transforming dreams and vision into a sweet art.
There is no better reward than a huge smile on the face of the one receiving a cake I made. Their happiness, joy, and satisfaction with their cake, makes me very happy as well.
I will try to record the process of my cake adventure on these pages. It would be great if you decide to join me on my journey. I am not an experienced blogger, but will try to work on that too. We will take it easy here. :)
Who knows, perhaps one day, I decide to add recipes (I make my own!!) to it.
