The reason why there are not many cakes on this blogg at the moment is the fact that I just started the whole cake business! Just recently I discovered my new hobby and I fell in love with it!

Since I do not have a chance to attend Wilton Cake Design Classes or any cake design class for that matter, I spend hours and hours watching Wilton Classes on YouTube, and surfing hundreds of pages of various cake designers. One can learn so much! It is very exciting! So many techniques, tipps and tricks, recipes, ideas, beautiful cakes! So inspiring!
I will try to summ up what I did so far, including all my ups and downs while doing it.

So THAT is your secret? Classes on YouTube! Brilliant! Your cakes look amazing and really professional, too. I need to come visit Vienna SOON so I can taste them. :)
